You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incomplete.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g incorrect or defective item).

To initiate a return, please email us at madvaperss@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once our customer support team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with further instructions, including the warehouse address for returning the item.
Please note: Courier charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g wrong or defective product).
Return Processing Time:
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. However, during peak periods, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
